Mrs. Josephine Ampiaw is a young Ghanaian with an international impact. She has over ten years of experience in the private sector. Mrs. Ampiaw holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management and Bachelor of Art in Psychology with Sociology (with First Class Honors) from the University of Ghana, Legon. She is also a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners (Ghana). Mrs. Ampiaw believes in youth empowerment and has dedicated her time to carry out cutting-edge research in shaping Africa and raising young girls with the desire to achieve their aim. She is married with a son and a daughter.
